This area has always had a strong bond with the Brenta, nature and its waters, because it acts as an ecological corridor, offering wildlife a refuge in the riverbanks, floodplain areas, riparian woods and wetlands. The new forest will be created in an area where before there was a monoculture, that is, a corn field: transforming this area into a forest \u2013 a food forest \u2013 useful to citizens, residents, sportsmen, anyone who loves the Brenta and nature, but also to wildlife. Biodiversity, in order to regenerate territories, protect ecosystems and build a better world, is essential.<\/p><p>In fact, the project of the new Fontaniva forest foresees the planting of about 8,400 forest seedlings \u2013 both trees and shrubs \u2013 on an extension of about 7 hectares, the maintenance of the planting area for the next 5 years and the installation of information panels.
