What is WOWnature’s Treeticket?
The WOWnature treeticket is an innovative service dedicated to event planners. First and only of its kind, treeticket makes it possible to leave the land where the event is held better than it was found. In fact, with this service, the cost of the ticket allows existing forests to be protected and new forests to be created, responsibly and according to FSC standards.
What is a Climate Positive event?
The WOWnature treeticket service enables a Climate Positive event by following the MARC (Measure, Avoid, Risk, Communicate) approach of measuring, reducing and capturing impacts on the environment and leaving the area where the event is held better than how it was found
In fact, the tree is not only the icon of the fight against the climate crisis: it is the perfect living being for CO2 capture and generates positive impacts in the land that last for many years.
Events
Organizing a Climate Positive event with us means:
Assess
Impacts related to the event with technical/scientific support provided by the WOWnature/Etifor team.
Limit
The waste of resources by reducing the use of paper for event promotion, creating ecological areas for recycling collection, allowing recycling when possible
Reduce
The amount of impacts related to the event using the data revealed during the initial measurement: plastic and other materials, transportation of people to get to the event site, etc.
Create
New forests and protect existing ones by purchasing tickets to the Climate Positive event
