We are a non-profit Cooperative Credit Bank that makes mutuality, people-centeredness and community-centeredness its basic principles.

Our activities “are inspired by the cooperative principles of mutuality without the purpose of private speculation,” and we pursue “the purpose of favoring members and members of local communities in banking operations and services” (Art. 2 Bylaws). The positive results are intended for “doing business”: by statute at least 70% of annual net profits are allocated to legal reserve and 3% to mutual funds.

For over 125 years we have been serving the territory and the community, present with 88 branches, distributed throughout the provinces of Vicenza, Padua, Rovigo, Verona, Treviso and Ferrara. We are a Bank linked to families and businesses, acting as a flywheel for the economy of the territory, creating a virtuous circle that begins with the collection and management of savings from private customers, is fed by the reinvestment of these resources in the local economy and closes with the support of growth and employment in our communities.
