Etifor calculated the carbon footprint of the Regional Forum for Sustainable Development, measuring its emissions. The Lombardy Region supports WOWnature’s environmental protection and regeneration projects in the Lombardy area.

For the 2025 edition, the Lombardy Region will support the planting of 380 new trees in the Oglio Sud Park. In Parco Oglio Sud, the new plants will strengthen the riparian forests along the river, helping to rebuild ecological continuity in a fragmented agricultural landscape. The aim here is to improve the quality of river habitats, providing shelter for protected species and promoting the development of more resilient ecosystems.
