The forests we created and improved

Bosco Trieste

Italy
San Stino di Livenza (VE)

A young forest that, as it matures, will absorb many pollutants and clean the air in the area.

What does a forest look like during the various stages of its life? Just like us, forests of different ages are very different from one another. Now, if you can no longer sleep at night because you desperately need to know…then what are you waiting for? Hop on your bike and ride along the cycling routes of the Venetian coast! Starting in San Stino di Livenza, you’ll get to know two “infants,” the equivalent of human newborns: Bosco Trieste and Bosco Triestina. Afterwards, travel to Meolo and visit Bosco Belvedere, which is almost 20 years old. Finally, check out Bosco Canoro in San Michele al Tagliamento or Bosco Baseleghe in Bibione and admire these 30-plus year old forests.

This forest is part of Associazione Forestale di Pianura (Lowland Forest Association).
