IdeaPilates is a boutique studio founded in September 2011, dedicated entirely to the Pilates method. Located in the center of Vicenza, it has top quality equipment (Reformer, Trapeze table, Chair, etc.). The staff of the center includes 5 teachers from different backgrounds and experiences, who have in common a love for movement, health, respect for the person and the environment, as well as a high sense of service. We want for our clients a physical and mental experience that is always challenging, intense and varied. Our goal is shared well-being, the sense of ability and confidence that comes from being aware of one’s physical capabilities, to experience rich and satisfying days in every moment of life.

As Pilates teachers, we talk very often to our clients about mindful breathing, the beauty of movement in all its forms, and the value of physical activity even outdoors. Healthy activities and overall well-being, however, can only develop in a healthy environment. Unfortunately, our land often is not, damaged by the climate crisis and wounded by extreme events such as Storm Vaia in 2018. We want to make a contribution to the reforestation of the mountains near our headquarters, where we often go for walks or spend sunny and light days. This is a project we care a lot about, because it also ties in with our desire to offer outdoor activities, to restore a balance with nature.
